Ilona's gifts.

Hello Every One,

I would like to give a very warm welcome to my new followers, thank you so much for stopping by.

I finally had the right light to photograph the beautiful little gifts I received from Ilona after commissioning her to make a Magnolia branch for Ambrosia Place. Every little detail has been thought of, notice the Magnolia Fragrance bottle in the centre, an envelope complete with a Magnolia post card inside, some printed canvases for framing and the white linen I have shown you before. All the little feminine bottles are made by her careful hand including the tiny little nail polish bottle with a lid that comes of and brush inside. So many lovely things that will add a feminine touch to Ambrosia Place, I just love the candle and the hat is so elegant trimmed in apricot roses, I couldn't resist placing with my CoCo mademoiselle.

Thank you so much Ilona, you know how I will always treasure these thoughtful gifts.

Much love to you all, Fi xx

P.S I didn't photo shop those top photos, it's all the real thing.

    1. Hi Andy,

Now I have these lovely things i can't wait to get to the Bedroom, it was so thoughtful of Ilona, she is so cleaver.

I thought of you yesterday Andy, Mia was watching from upstairs and saw a whole lot of trucks heading down to the beach with Fremantle Media splashed across the side ( the people who make Neighbours) they are shooting a new series called Mr Murder with two big Australian stars - Shaun Micailiff and Kat Stewart. We went down after school and watched them film it . We were really the only ones watching and they were very sweet and came and said hello and I took some photos of Mia with them. She almost burst with excitement.

      Big hugs,

      Fi xx

  3. I do like these particular miniature things. I once used to collect full-size atomisers (what a confession!). In fact, I still have two or three - but they don't work that well: all style and no real use! I recall mending one during a thunderstorm. The tassel had fallen off and it was dreadfully fiddly to put it back on. There's a memory for you! Anyway, your miniature things are really lovely, Fi.

    1. Atomisers and thunderstorms, put that together with an old vicarage in Norfolk and you have your self a movie! ( or a mini series at least, lol )

I have always loved atomisers too, they are the ultimate in luxury, at least that was the impression I had as a young girl watching beautiful movie stars indulge in lashings of fragrance whilst at their dressing table wearing an ostrich feather robe.

      Hugs,

      Fi
